• Business-to-Business experience is a strong plus, digital savviness is a must.
• Strong communication skills are essential, and a proactive attitude will set you apart.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment is highly valued.
• Highlight your ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and your enthusiasm for continuous learning.
• 8+ years of professional experience ideally in a Business-to-Business environment,
• Strong project management and leadership skills,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Priority setting skills
• Data analytics, and technology ecosystem understanding (e.g., Informatica, UDL, Salesforce, SSD, Emakina, DSR app, ufs.com).

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

• Develop, own and implement the respective and winning digital blueprint according to the identified digital market maturity in the region of operation.
• Deploy the digital ecosystem to ensure market readiness and sufficiency
• Build AI ready first party data platforms in the markets and ensure to drive productivity implementing AI in the essential processes of our operations.
• Oversee regional technological and data needs, tools and tool development based on a global framework ensuring local relevance and functionality.
• Own the regional digital acceleration budget, business case and deliver against budget framework – in strong coordination with the global CX lead.
• Unlock bottlenecks and ensure progress by effective project management
• Consistently communicate progress and results and deliver change management in the organization.
• Enable local organizations in their work to optimize every visit with the highest size of prize, introduce the most relevant information to the operator and offer the next best choice in terms of product listing.
• Enhance the operator’s experience through increased frequency of interactions, being more relevant and making the buying process more convenient and enjoyable – all of which will drive NPS.
• Deploy tested AI technology (chatbot, content creation) in the region.
