As a Regional Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in monitoring the end-to-end sales process at dealerships, evaluating dealer service levels, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Your primary objective is to improve service quality by identifying key issues through data analysis, providing actionable recommendations, and conducting on-site verification. Key Responsibilities: • Visit stores to verify service conditions and produce store visit reports. • Collect customer feedback, analyse key issues, and identify opportunities for improvement. • Ensure dealers’ sales processes comply with brand service standards. • Regularly report evaluation results and quality improvement progress to management. • Complete other tasks assigned by the team leader. Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required: Over 2 years of experience in quality management, with the ability to effectively handle customer complaints and feedback. Experience in the passenger car sector is preferred. Excellent skills in data analysis, communication, coordination, and project management. Proficient in spoken and written English; additional language skills (e.g., Hungarian, Polish, Slovak, Romanian, Serbian, or Bulgarian) would be an advantage.
