We are currently seeking a highly skilled Regional Customer Quality Manager to join our team and lead our efforts in ensuring quality standards for our customers.

Responsibilities

As part of your normal duties, you will…

  • Oversee and manage the Quality Technical Agreement for both EMG & LTG in collaboration with our customers.
  • Manage the entire inventory process to ensure optimal and accurate stock levels.
  • Implement robust risk management procedures to ensure traceability and mitigate inventory loss.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the site Quality Management System (QMS) to meet internal, customer, and third-party accreditation requirements.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the inventory and quality management teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and communication.
  • Facilitate customer complaint investigations and ensure timely resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
