The Impact You’ll Make We have a rare opportunity for an influential and tech savvy leader to join our Infrastructure division as the Regional Customer Support Manager. In this newly created opportunity, you will lead a national customer service team across Australia and New Zealand to effectively deliver strong customer experience outcomes. You will play a critical role in supporting our team to champion a customer-centric culture, enhancement and automate sales processes, and deliver high-quality solutions to complex customer needs. Reporting to the Sales Director APAC, key responsibilities include: Manage and enhance customer service across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring consistent service excellence and region-specific needs are met. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and potential clients, driving customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for future business growth. Lead change initiatives that improve system utilisation, enhance and automate processes, service delivery and frontline sales enhancement practices. Drive the identification and documentation of RPA use cases by analysing business processes and translating them into structured automation requirements. Coordinate the generation/utilisation and analysis of quoting and performance data and deliver insights to commercial sales leadership Own and optimise the use of CRM platforms, ensuring systems support service delivery, reporting, and customer insights Analyse customer and service performance data to inform decisions, prioritise improvements, and track outcomes Partner with senior leaders, operational teams, and external stakeholders to align customer service outcomes with broader business and infrastructure objectives Develop and maintain a customer delivery strategy, ensuring that sales deliveries meet customer expectations and align with sales orders. What You’ll Bring Proven success in a Senior Leadership position in Customer Service, Service Delivery or Internal sales. Demonstrated experience working within infrastructure, utilities, transport, energy will come highly regarded. Qualifications in Business Administration, Customer Service Management, or related fields, regarded Extensive experience in CRM management with demonstratable capabilities in and driving optimisation, automation and adoption Strong knowledge of sales and quality systems, with experience in Quality Assurance, CRM software/procedures, and Microsoft Office Suite. Highly developed organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and effectively manage a large volume of work.
