About the Role We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Regional Data Center Security Manager to lead physical security across our global data centers. This role is critical in shaping and executing our security strategy, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence across multiple regions. Responsibilities : • Lead the global physical security strategy for all data centers. • Develop and enforce global security policies, standards, and procedures. • Coordinate with SOC teams to align data center security operations. • Collaborate with ITDC, facilities, and internal security teams for unified implementation. • Assess risks, lead mitigation efforts, and ensure business continuity. • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements. • Conduct audits, assessments, and incident reviews to drive continuous improvement. • Manage multiple projects with a hands-on approach. Qualifications: Must-Have: • Proven experience managing large-scale security operations globally. • Deep understanding of data center security and compliance frameworks. • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills. • Experience managing teams and influencing senior stakeholders. • Excellent English – Written and spoken Preferred: • Background in governmental security systems. • Familiarity with access control systems (ACS) and CCTV. • Experience in large, global organizations.
