This Position reports to: Regional Marketing & Sales Manager - Asia Pacific and India Your Role and Responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee regional/local marketing and sales activities for products, systems, and services within the defined industry segment(s). Each day, you will ensure that the related business substantially increases sales, margins, market share, and customer satisfaction in the selected market segments. You will also showcase by defining the industry group footprint (market presence, execution standards, and delivery model). The work model for the role is LI# - Hybrid. This role contributes to the Electrification Services Division Data Center business in Asia Pacific & India. You will be mainly accountable for: Developing and implementing a market-based strategy including direct, third-party, and project sales. Interpreting the global industry segment strategy to meet region/country requirements and implementing with country-specific action plans. Activating operational intelligence, benchmarking, and analysis to identify best processes, equipment, and automation practices. The growth of the top line in each target industry segment. Qualifications for the role: You enjoy working across diverse cultures with a regional role in a growing segment. You have 3 to 5 years of experience in the Data Center segment, in the Installation and Commissioning scope, and experience with service agreements and maintenance contracts. Possess enhanced knowledge of Data Centers, particularly in the Electrical System scope. Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with significant involvement in data center projects. You are at ease communicating in English. Willingness to travel 30–50%.
