REGIONAL DAY SERVICES MANAGER, WOKINGHAM FULL-TIME £50,000

We are actively seeking an experienced individual to lead a bold and ambitious transformation of Day Services for individuals aged 18–25 with learning disabilities.
The post-holder will drive service redesign, moving away from traditional building-based, 9–4 models to develop an inclusive, flexible, and person-centred offer.
This includes creating new dynamic staffing models, extending services beyond the current 5-day provision, and delivering meaningful opportunities that better reflect the aspirations of young adults and the diversity of community needs.
Developing a vision and roadmap that reflects the needs and ambitions of young people aged 18–25 with learning disabilities, focusing on independence, skills, and real community participation.
