Description

Oelo, the leader in permanent holiday lighting solutions, is seeking an organized and proactive Dealer Regional Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. As a sales support specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operation of our sales processes and providing exceptional customer service to potential and existing customers. In this role, you will onboard new dealers, train them on sales processes, and delegate and create leads within your dealer region. In locations where dealers do not yet exist, you will be responsible for generating quotes and sourcing installers. Customer service and basic troubleshooting are essential to the role.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, dealers and Oelo’s internal team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with CRM software, preferably HubSpot
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital platforms
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales success
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

DEALER SALES COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Onboard New Dealers: You will be responsible for setting up dealer platform access and training dealers on Oelo products and sales platforms, including Oelo’s HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub and Ordering Portal.
  • Allocate Dealer Leads: You will be responsible for allocating leads within your region in a timely manner. Once allocated, you will monitor the dealer pipeline to help ensure sales opportunities are being closed. Commissions are rewarded when certain dealer goals are met.
  • Assist Oelo Dealers: You will be the primary contact for your region of dealers, addressing dealer needs as they arise.
  • Dealer Sales Strategies: You will help execute a series of sales initiatives throughout the year to help grow dealer sales.

RETAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage Customer Inquiries: You will be responsible for monitoring and responding to phone calls, form submissions and Sales Message chats to address inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Generate Quotes, as Needed: You will provide accurate and timely quotes to prospects in non-dealer-established areas. Upon closing a sale, you will facilitate a payment link, place the product order and arrange for installation resources. Commissions are awarded when select sales criteria is met.
  • Offer Light Troubleshooting: You will be responsible for troubleshooting minor customer support inquiries or escalating complex issues to the appropriate team(s).
  • Provide Market Research: If time allows, you will contribute to market trend analysis and identify new growth opportunities to support the overall sales strategy.
