Netsol has partnered with a large Luxury OEM and is revolutionizing their consumer retail experience with the launch of a game-changing Digital Retailing (DR) tool designed to empower dealerships and enhance the buying experience. We are passionate about innovation and are seeking dedicated Dealer Success Managers to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of our cutting-edge technology.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in sales or F&I at a dealership.
  • Consulting & Account Management: 3+ years of experience in consulting, digital retailing, or account management within the automotive space.
  • Dealer Technology Proficiency: Strong understanding of dealership technology systems, including DMS (Dealer Management Systems), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), F&I related systems, and Inventory Management Systems.
  • SaaS Application Expertise: Demonstrated ability to work with SaaS platforms, with a proven track record of driving platform adoption and delivering measurable success for clients.
  • Asset Finance Knowledge: Proficient understanding of auto finance concepts as they relate to automotive sales and financing.
  • Communication & Organization Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively multitask and stay organized in a high-energy, fast-moving environment.
  • Problem-Solving & Client Management: Strong problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset and a passion for driving continuous improvement.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven track record: Of managing and nurturing client relationships in the B2B SaaS space.
  • Experience: In automotive retail consulting or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity: With automotive retail trends, especially those related to digital retail and mobility.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Regional Dealer Success Manager, you will be the vital link between Netsol’s innovative DR tool and dealerships across your assigned region. You will play a crucial role in onboarding, training, and supporting our dealership network, maximizing their potential and driving digital transformation within the automotive industry. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a dynamic field, making a real impact on dealer success and customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Onboard and Train: Guide dealerships through the seamless implementation and utilization of our DR tool.
  • Provide Expert Support: Act as the primary point of contact for dealerships, troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and providing ongoing support.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with dealership personnel, acting as a trusted advisor and partner.
  • Drive Adoption and Usage: Promote the DR tool’s benefits and features, encouraging widespread adoption and effective utilization to achieve sales and profit goals.
  • Gather Feedback: Collect valuable insights from dealerships to contribute to the ongoing improvement of the tool and our support processes.
  • Travel & Dealer Visits:
  • Conduct regular onsite visits to dealership partners, ensuring a deeper understanding of their operational challenges and business goals.
  • Travel is expected approximately 50-60% of the time for onsite coaching, training, and relationship-building with dealer teams.
