Check out our latest opportunities. WATER: Regional Delivery Lead CHRISTCHURCH Due to an internal promotion, we are looking to fill the Regional Delivery Lead role in our Christchurch team. In this key role, you’ll inspire and guide our regional water group, championing the delivery of a diverse project portfolio, on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard. You’ll also bring your technical expertise to the table, providing leadership on water projects and supporting the Business Leader to drive exceptional outcomes across the region. Key aspects of the role will include: Provide operational leadership to ensure delivery of the Christchurch Water team’s project portfolio. Provides line management and direction to the Christchurch Water Team Leads to ensure a highly engaged and productive team. Work collaboratively to build long term relationships with internal staff and clients within the region. Assist the Business Leader to ensure suitable workload forecasting and resource planning. Support Business Leader, Sector Leaders, Panel leads and PML where appropriate in key client relationships, strategic project pursuits and major project leadership. Lead and drive business development with our regional water clients The Regional Delivery Lead position is a function in addition to an employee’s substantive technical/project contribution role. Responsibilities

The Regional Delivery Lead will provide operational leadership to ensure the delivery of the Christchurch Water team's project portfolio and will manage the team leads to maintain high engagement and productivity. The role also involves building long-term relationships with clients and supporting the Business Leader in strategic project pursuits.
