About the role The Regional Delivery Partner Manager leads compliance and governance across a large territory overseeing more than 500 subcontracted Delivery Partners including Owner Drivers, Fleet operators and Agents. Working closely with Operations across all business units, this role safeguards service standards, enforces compliance, drives commercial efficiencies and strengthens safety and performance across the network. What You’ll Do Ensure 100% compliance — all subcontractors must hold a current TGE Agreement with verified scope, fleet and capability. Review and assess commercial arrangements and cost-to-serve, providing recommendations on pricing and scope changes. Challenge service and pricing arrangements while maintaining an uncompromising focus on safety. Manage subcontractor compliance via Avetta and Compliance Hub. Lead audits, investigations and assurance activities under the TGE Assurance Program. Build strong, collaborative partnerships with Operational business units and Delivery Partners. What You’ll Bring 5+ years’ experience in Transport, 3PL or similar industries. Strong knowledge of Heavy Vehicle National Law and regulatory compliance. Experience in contract governance, commercial analysis and safety/incident investigation. A confident, disciplined and results-driven mindset. Ability to think holistically and work cross-functionally to achieve business outcomes.
