Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Regional Director for our client, an incredible humanitarian nonprofit organization in Palm Beach, Florida! This exceptional leadership role offers the opportunity to drive organizational growth and expansion for a fast-paced, performance-driven organization that transforms lives through meaningful support programs. You’ll lead by inspiring and motivating others to achieve ambitious fundraising goals while building lasting relationships that create real impact. This is a full-time, onsite position for immediate hire that combines strategic leadership with hands-on relationship building!

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution required
· 5-7 years of progressive experience in revenue generation, sales, or philanthropic development

· It is highly preferred for the Chapter Director to have an understanding and connectivity within the local Jewish community not required, but preferred.

  • Experience cultivating donor relationships within a high-capacity professional or industry-specific community

· Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities with natural warmth and enthusiasm
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite and CRM database management; Raiser’s Edge experience highly preferred
· Strong leadership capabilities with proven ability to motivate and inspire diverse stakeholders
· Collaborative approach to relationship building with persuasive communication style
· Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously in fast-paced environment
· Commitment to results-driven performance with sense of urgency for goal achievement
· Willingness to travel locally as needed, with occasional evening and weekend programming requirements

Responsibilities

· Partner with executive leadership team on critical organizational decisions spanning development strategy, planned giving initiatives, foundation relations, fiscal management, marketing campaigns, and technology implementation
· Oversee comprehensive fiscal stewardship of regional operations within approved budgetary parameters, maximizing revenue generation while maintaining operational efficiency
· Design and implement comprehensive donor intelligence and relationship management strategies
· Provide inspirational leadership, mentorship, and performance management for regional team members
· Maintain dynamic communication channels with regional volunteer leadership, ensuring timely access to strategic information and resources
· Collaborate closely with board members and community leaders, serving as primary consultant for prospect identification, cultivation strategies, and donor stewardship activities
· Cultivate and maintain approximately 120 high-impact donor relationships with strategic giving capacity
· Lead major gift cultivation and solicitation efforts for donors contributing $5,000 and above
· Drive new donor acquisition focusing on individuals with $1,800+ annual giving potential
