We’re looking for a Regional Development Manager to join our Delivered Fresh Daily (DFD) team and ensure the Krispy Kreme brand shines across all partner retail locations. You’ll be the driving force behind consistent execution, strong partner relationships, and data-driven improvements that boost visibility, compliance, and sales.

Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining high-impact relationships with partner Area and Regional Managers
  • Presenting commercial opportunities and insights to senior external retail contacts
  • Leading flawless in-store brand execution through merchandising, planogram compliance, and feature site acquisition
  • Owning the execution and development of at least one key regional account
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to support major events, campaigns, and store initiatives
  • Using data to prioritise weekly visits and provide insights to both Krispy Kreme and partner teams
  • Driving Same Store Sales and improving product placement across store networks
  • Acting as the brand’s eyes and ears across your region, identifying gaps and opportunities with speed and accuracy

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong data analysis, commercial awareness, and field sales or retail execution experience (FMCG background desirable)
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset
  • Flexibility to travel regionally with occasional overnight stays
  • A full UK driving licence
