Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in operating social media platforms in Southeast Asia, and possess strong understanding of the Southeast Asia market, including cultural nuances and digital consumption trends.
  • Familiar with the rules and algorithms of mainstream social media platforms.
  • Excellent content creation capabilities and be able to create original content based on user needs in the Southeast Asian market.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills and be able to complete tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using data analysis tools and possessing strategy optimization capabilities.
Responsibilities
  1. Digital Marketing Strategy Development
    Deep understanding of social media ecosystem in Southeast Asia (including Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam), such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc., and develop innovative social media strategies aligned with the brand’s goals to enhance awareness, boost user engagement, and drive sales.
  2. Social Media and Content Marketing
    Manage the brand’s social media platform operations and content creation in the Southeast Asian market.
  3. Campaign Management and Optimization
    Monitor social media data performance and optimize content and operational strategies based on data analysis.
  4. Market and Consumer Insights
    Conduct research to understand industry trends and competitor activities, and adjust social media strategies in a timely manner to maintain competitiveness
  5. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
    Coordinate internal teams and external resources to support social media promotion of marketing activities.
