Job Details Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 Salary/year Job Shift: Any Job Category: Health Care Carries cell phone as required including finding or acting as backup staff when needed. Acts positively as liaison with contract agency. Works with agency to address concerns. Oversight and administrative review of incident reports including necessary follow through. Ensures IR checklist is complete. Monitors physical plant through preventative maintenance checklist; remediates concerns from quarterly safety checks. Checks and critiques site progress notes. Completes annual compliance review. Ensure progress notes are being timely archived. Provides direct hands-on support if sites are below critical levels. Follows MI mental health code. Attend staff meetings at least quarterly. Ensures ALS-LM training required followed by coordinator through monitoring of the on-line training system. Approves and monitors staff master schedules with coordinators in accordance with consumer and contract agency needs. Executes any personnel-related issues and disciplinary actions to ensure compliance with agency, state and federal regulations in consultation with CEO. Completes Mgrs. Monthly reports and submits them by 15th working day after previous month. Ensures sites stay within 10% of site contract hours & within designated staffing pattern. Sets standard bi-weekly schedule with supervisor approval and changes only for critical issues. Coordinator/Home Manager evals. are timely and thorough. Develops Supervisors through writing plans, feedback and support in crisis/problem-solving management. Completes 16 hours approved annual re-training per yr. Maintains/follows all H&S/OHSA regulations- monthly H&S audits, seasonal maintenance Ensures monthly billings completed by program management. Ensures the maintenance and documentation of all ALS-LM vehicles. Monitors programs to ensure all entitlements are received or applied for. Ensures all sites remain within +/– 10% of contract budgets. Payroll completed, daily punches, weekly review, and bi-weekly approval of time cards. Complete annual training required to include; Contract Agency requirements, on-line training (if applicable), in-home quarterly training. Completes other tasks as assigned Markets/Develops/Promotes ALS-LM with outside agencies and the community; represents ALS-LM as a leader in the field; presents ALS-LM at a community function once per month. Promotes EEO and cultural diversity as evidence by staff demographics and hiring guides. Follows ALS-LM Dress Code, dresses in a professional manner. Respects and is sensitive to the cultural differences of participants and staff. Participates in one ALS-LM working committee. Qualifications Demonstrates or learns thorough knowledge of ALS-LM policies and procedures, philosophy and state and federal regulations. BA or BS degree related to the field of Human Service or three years experience in the field plus appropriate certification of eligibility. Three years supervisory experience. CPR/First Aid training. No criminal record/good moral character. Vehicle/Valid Driver’s License 1 year experience in Administration/Management. Available to be on-call
