Regional Director Alps and eastern Europe
The Okta Alps and Eastern Europe is growing a team of high-performing, entrepreneurial and driven sales professionals. Playing a key role in the global expansion as a market leader in the EMEA. After establishing entities in Zurich and Warsaw with a noteable customer base in Switzerland and Austria, the team continues to expand and we are looking for an experienced Regional Director to help guide and mentor the existing team to further successes.
We are looking for a successful and driven sales leader to report into the Regional VP for CEE, to focus on managing and further building a high-performing sales team. This leader will focus on coaching and developing the team to continue to succeed through skill development, adherence to activity standards, providing inspiration, and building a highly empowered, diverse, constructive sales culture.
