ABOUT THE ROLE

Acadian Construction is seeking a strategic and experienced Regional Director to lead our expansion in Halifax, with a core focus on commercial construction delivery and market development. This is a rare opportunity for a construction leader who thrives in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment and is eager to build a region, team, and reputation from the ground up.
In this role, you will serve as Acadian’s senior-most leader in Halifax, responsible for regional strategy, operational oversight, and building high-trust relationships with clients, partners, and the local industry. You’ll work in close collaboration with the Business Development Manager, who reports to you and supports client engagement and lead generation. Together, you’ll form a high-performing tandem that drives regional growth while maintaining excellence in project execution. This is a leadership position that requires proven experience managing people, teams, and performance.
