A core part of the role is developing and coaching less experienced Financial Planners, creating a strong talent pipeline and supporting progression towards Chartered and Fellow status. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Coach and develop less experienced planners, creating clear progression pathways and supporting their journey to Chartered and Fellow status.
  • Drive team performance to meet income targets, KPIs and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Regional Directors and support teams to share best practice and ensure joined-up service delivery.
  • Monitor advice activity, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold the highest professional standards.
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new planners and acquisition teams.
