Description Territory: Eastern Region Helm is a fast-growing company that is seeking a Regional Director with leadership and dealership finance and insurance experience. This position will work directly with their team of IDMs to support Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM dealerships in achieving F&I (Finance and Insurance) product sales objectives for Stellantis’ FlexCare Vehicle Protection (formally known as MVP) program. As a member of our team, you will drive revenue growth in the central region through face-to-face training and sales in assigned dealerships. A qualified candidate for the East Coast - Regional Director position will have an immediate impact on the following activities: Growing revenue through Dealership Acquisitions Administering F&I (Finance & Insurance) Training. Providing guidance to IDM’s (Income Development Managers) through ongoing performance evaluation, coaching, and training. Monitoring key performance indicators for each IDM to measure effectiveness and efficiency. Forecasting – prepare an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. Developing Relationships with Dealership Personnel Analysis of Dealership Operations and Sales Processes Providing Dealership Market Analysis Essential duties and responsibilities of the Regional Director: Promote the value and sale of F&I (Finance and Insurance) products, vehicle service contracts, GAP & ancillaries Develop a strategic approach focused on opportunity for growth Motivate independent entrepreneurs to higher levels of performance Partner with dealership decision makers on mutually beneficial action plans and provide solutions utilizing our products and services Implement plans to increase dealership profitability and product sales penetrations Provide ongoing training and account development on products and processes within assigned dealerships. Provide market analysis and feedback allowing the dealership to stay ahead of any changing market conditions.
