About the Role:
We are looking for a Regional Director to lead our commercial operations with a primary focus on France, while also managing strategic initiatives and supporting commercial activities in other global markets as needed. In this role, you will lead our sales and customer success teams, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with key clients and partners in France and internationally.
You will be joining a highly motivated and experienced team that works with some of the world’s leading media companies. Your work will directly impact our continued expansion and success across France and beyond

REQUIREMENTS:

• Extensive experience in sales, business development, or a commercial leadership role, preferably in the SaaS or media sector.
• Proven track record of growing revenue and building high-performance teams.
• Fluent in French and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to travel as required to support clients and team members globally.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A passion for media, technology, and innovation.

• Oversee all commercial operations in France, including sales and customer success.
• Manage and mentor a growing team of Account Executives and Customer Success Managers based in Paris and London.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth in France and other assigned global markets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders at leading publishers and media groups in France and internationally.
• Collaborate with the executive team to refine and implement strategic goals within the French market, while supporting broader international priorities.
• Represent Echobox at key industry events and conferences in France and abroad.
