Job Description
The Regional Director’s role will manage, influence, and develop a high performing team. The team consists of Regional Managers, Service Managers, and Coordinators, across a portfolio of services across West Melbourne.

Reporting to the VIC General Manager, you will lead Junior Adventures Group’s strategic and operating plan for a portfolio of services. The Regional Director with ensure compliance and service excellence with a focus on service contract retention and growth.

Your role will also include ensuring key positive relationships in these areas:

• Direct management of key accounts
• Team of direct reports including Regional Coordinator, Senior Coordinators, and Mobile Coordinators
• State and national government bodies (regulators) JAG Australia
• Executive team
• JAG group finance
• Business development managers
