THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Regional Media Sales Director to lead the growth and development of a sales team focused on achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies by building strong, rewarding relationships with customers and partners.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, National Client Partnerships, you will drive business development, build and inspire high-performing sales teams, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer satisfaction, grow market share, and exceed our revenue goals. With data driven decision making and a strong comprehensive cross-functional, this role will be part of transforming an industry and set the bar for digital innovation in the media industry.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand strategic relationships with existing customers to broaden the customer base.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Lead, mentor, guide and support a team of Sales Executives, providing coaching, performance feedback, and ongoing development within your region
  • Inspire an environment where team members are encouraged to exceed expectations, own their own accounts and proactively identify new business opportunities while nurturing an existing client base.
  • Monitor industry trends, market developments, and client needs to inform product positioning and growth strategies.
