More at https://trellix.com. Role Overview: The Regional Director - Middle East, is responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets within an assigned region. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing and mentoring a high-performing sales team, and building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will leverage market insights, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer value and satisfaction. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential for success in this position. About the Role Oversee the hiring, development, and management of a sales team. Responsible for weekly sales forecasting of sales team performance. Establishes sales training and sales incentive programs. Drives and innovates the development of sales strategies with the team. Works closely with marketing to develop and execute lead programs. Develops, establishes, and directs channel and distribution strategies and programs. Manages overall sales process, sets appropriate metrics for sales funnel management. Develops pricing policies, including volume discounts, terms, and conditions, for high-profile customers and channel partners. Provides sales consultation to executive level customers and partners. Works collaboratively across BU’s to create a result driven, team-oriented environment. Develops and negotiates software and/or services sales contracts while integrating contract requirements with business outcome objectives. Drives ongoing solutions training and education to the field to scale our sales efforts. Develops relationships with key influencers and stakeholders both internally and externally. Supports key events and conferences by coordinating Executive speeches and demos were necessary. About you 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
