Description

Medical Facilities of America is seeking a Regional Director of Marketing and Admissions. This Director will be responsible for leading a team of Admission Directors and RN Liaisons in the greater Greensboro and Charlotte NC areas, with a primary focus of improving care transitions from the acute care setting to short-term post-acute setting.

Qualified candidates will be able to demonstrate:

  • Proven track record of past sales performance
  • Strategic business development skills, including business planning; quarterly and annual plans with significant data analysis designed to drive successful tactics and strategies
  • Effective goal and objective setting and follow-through
  • Project management experience
  • Strong customer relationship building qualities; specifically with front-line hospital staff, middle management and senior leadership
  • Strong leadership, coaching and development skills with regards to development of high-performing teams
  • Preferred candidates will hold at a minimum, a bachelor’s degree and will have healthcare management experience
