REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITY

Regional Director of Marketing:
This is a leadership position reporting to the VP of Business Development and working in conjunction with our facility Directors of Business Development to support the company in its efforts to achieve facility and regional goals and objectives. The focus is on increasing occupancy and revenue by providing a liaison relationship with hospital case workers, discharge planners, and physicians with hands-on support, guidance, and direction to facility staff in the development and implementation of programs to enhance the customer experience and bring peace of mind to our customers.

Qualifications:

• Previous Director of Business Development experience in multiple LTC/SNF
• Ability to hone and handle relationships with hospitals and clinics to draw admissions
• Strong community-based marketing experience
• Strong communication
• Interpersonal relationship
• Familiar with the Central/Southern Illinois market area
• Ability to travel
