A respected healthcare organization in Southern New Jersey is seeking a forward-thinking Director of Human Resources to lead its HR function. QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in healthcare or long-term care
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Proven ability to lead teams, influence change, and drive results
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred

• Lead all aspects of HR including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance
• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Advise senior leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
• Oversee talent acquisition and retention initiatives
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Champion employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
• Supervise HR team members and foster their growth
• Handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism
