The Director of Marketing will be responsible for managing a team which: Implements market research activities and customer feedback surveys to understand customer perceptions associated with unit landscape Identifies opportunities for growth through new product innovations and placement Develops and implements regional multi-channel advertising Develops product promotion plans to drive continued growth Develops partnerships that strengthen public relations. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with Marketing concentration 5+ years of Marketing experience in a multi-unit restaurant operation Experience working with traditional and online advertising, market research firms, and public relations Experience negotiating contracts, developing implementing new marketing initiatives, and assessing impacts Record of success in improving awareness and conversion in target market segments.
