Description REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS (RDO) Cincinnati, Ohio Region Are you an experienced healthcare leader with a passion for operational excellence, team development, and quality outcomes? We are seeking a Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to oversee multiple healthcare communities throughout the Cincinnati market. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational performance, supporting facility leadership teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and achieving outstanding clinical, financial, and customer satisfaction results.
