EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 5 years of direct Sales and Marketing experience.
  • Multi-site marketing and sales experience is a must.
  • Professional sales training is a must.
  • Experience managing a team of sales professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Sets performance expectations and benchmarks and provides sales guidance for community sales teams to ensure that budgeted occupancy is met and exceeded.
  • Trains new Community Relations Directors and provides ongoing training for all.
  • Regularly measures the performance of sales teams through reports and identifies areas and issues that impede sales.
  • Ensures community sales teams deploy strategies for sales and community outreach that address all service lines, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care, as census requirements dictate.
  • Tours communities regularly to identify areas of improvement in the physical plant, operations, and pricing, and makes recommendations to the leadership team to address.
  • Periodically attends community marketing events, audits sales calls, and other outreach efforts to identify areas of opportunity for improvement.
  • Works in alignment with the organization’s Annual Events & Marketing Plan, supporting proactive planning of marketing needs, outreach, and tactics for all service lines, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
  • Supports the community executive director and sales teams in developing the annual sales/marketing budget.
  • Reviews and assesses policies and processes that impact sales to move-in and look for opportunities to streamline and improve.
  • Stays abreast of industry sales and marketing trends that impact occupancy.
