We are looking for a competitive and driven Director of Sales to help us extend our already strong footprint in the Americas. Our objective is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth. Responsibilities Meet or exceed sales quota Own sales process from start to finish for strategic accounts in assigned territory Responsible for developing, establishing, and closing new business primarily within Duetto’s named account and prospect list Work with C-level executives to align their business needs with Duetto’s solutions Work closely with the Customer Success team to provide high-touch service and identify upsell opportunities in Duetto’s customer base Establish relationships with strategic business partners / consultants and build necessary channels for business collaboration Build and manage a pipeline of new business and accurately forecast using Salesforce.com Represent Duetto at industry events, conferences, seminars, hosted events and customer meetings Minimum Requirements 5+ years sales experience in hospitality tech/ travel industry Track record of meeting or exceeding quota Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, startup team environment Highly motivated and results-driven Strong communication skills Strong negotiating and presentation skills Process-driven hunter with proficient knowledge in Salesforce.com, including sales forecasting Willingness to travel BS/BA Degree About Duetto Duetto delivers a suite of SaaS cloud-native applications for hospitality businesses to optimize every booking opportunity for greater revenue impact.
