Job Overview & Requirements The APAC Customer Success Lead will manage key customer relationships and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. As a trusted advisor, you will provide strategic guidance to customers on leveraging technology to meet their business objectives. You will also build and lead the APAC Customer Success team, mentoring managers and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. This role requires a confident, goal-oriented leader with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Required: Own sales process from start to finish for all accounts in assigned territory Responsible for developing, establishing, developing and closing new business Work with C-level executives to align their business needs with Duetto’s solutions Establish a network of stakeholders across their territory including General Managers, Revenue Managers, Commercial Leaders and Integration Partners Work closely with Customer Success team to provide high touch service and identify upsell opportunities in Duetto’s customer base Establish partnerships with strategic business partners/consultants and build necessary channels for business collaboration Build and manage pipeline of new business and accurately forecast using salesforce.com Manage and execute against Duetto Sales architecture, processes and revenue recognition criteria including salesforce.com Represent Duetto at industry events such as conferences, seminars, hosted events, customer meetings, etc. Qualifications 5+ years of sales experience within the technology and travel/hospitality industry Track record of meeting or exceeding quota Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, startup team environment Highly motivated and results-driven Strong negotiation and presentation skills Proficient in Salesforce.com, including sales forecasting Remote employee with a willingness to travel up to 30% BS/BA Degree Preferred: Fluent in Spanish and English Speaker (Also, Portuguese is an added bonus) Understanding of the hospitality technology landscape and hotel buyer personas
