Foster strong relationships with doctors and practice staff, becoming a trusted partner. Guide and coach practice managers on teambuilding, implementing PSDP’s culture, and creating a positive work environment. Collaborate with practice doctors and managers to establish quarterly goals and create actionable plans to drive success. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production, revenue, and profitability, ensuring practices meet or exceed objectives. Provide operational guidance to practice managers on daily management, including reviewing operational processes and best practices. Assist with the integration of newly acquired practices, ensuring smooth onboarding, adherence to PSDP standards, and effective implementation of operational systems. Provide on-site support, including PM software conversions, staff training, and system processes. Ensure financial health of each practice through regular analysis of production, collections, and costs. Collaborate with doctors and senior leadership to evaluate practice performance and develop corrective action plans when necessary. Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews of new staff in line with quarterly budgets. What will you bring? 8+ years of experience in an operational or customer service-focused role, preferably within multi-site healthcare or dental management. 3+ years of dental practice management with multi-location operational experience. Proven experience with P&L responsibility, budget management, team building, and personnel management. Willingness to spend significant time in the field, including travel within the region (with some overnight stays). Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with practice teams and senior leadership. What does our Comp and Benefits package look like?
