We are fully accountable for Topline performance, across all client segments and Revenue Managers are the armed wing of our strategy, with anticipation and proactivity at core. As Regional Director RM Americas for Sofitel, MGallery & Emblems, you will be based in Miami, USA, and will report to the VP RM & Sales Strategy Sofitel, MGallery & Emblems. Here are the main missions you will be performing: Supervise a scope of 30 to 50 luxury hotels in your region (mostly managed) Challenge and support hotels on Budget construction & achievement, Forecast, Performance audits, Channels/Levers activation, RMS health checks Build & animate the RM community: allow Hotel RMs to grow & develop their expertise, enrich their commercial skills, providing them with brand strategy, market vision, up to date benchmark and guest perspective. Mentoring. Share & Leverage best practices amongst region and with international peers. Support business plan elaboration: rebranding, renovation, new hotel opening… Collaborate daily with VP Operations & Operational Excellence Directors On top of your regional role, you may lead strategic Worldwide initiatives: new RMS implementation, Parity / Disparity / Connectivity with OTAs, Sales strategy & commercial SLA implementation, pricing & promotional strategy, Total Revenue (F&B and MICE RM)… Qualifications What you will bring to the role 10+ years’ experience in Revenue Management in the Air / Train / Hotel / Car Rental industries In-depth expertise on revenue and margins optimisation levers, including distribution, pricing and sales. International culture, easiness travelling, ideal exposure to various markets, used to working with different cultures, time zones, languages. Fluent English is a must + a strong second language (of the given region) Strong communication and deductive skills. Project Management skills, management a plus.
