As part of our dynamic growth across the globe, we are now actively searching for a Regional Director for the South East Asia (SEA) Region, Singapore. The successful candidate will drive business growth, operational excellence and a strong regional presence across the SEA region. This selected candidate will strengthen current client relationships and lead the region’s commercial and operational strategies to diversify revenue from wider Lifesciences & Advanced Tech sectors. This position has full P&L accountability. Key Responsibilities Lead regional operations and ensure high quality delivery of engineering consultancy services to drive repeat work. Drive business development, manage & grow established key accounts, re-establish business with past customers, and position the region for sustained growth in our core sector of Lifesciences. Develop a vision and plan to expand into associated industries that embrace Good Manufacturing Practices and high levels of process or clean room design across the region. Evaluate options for Strategic Growth by partnership or opening offices in SEA or Greater China Oversee proposal development, ensuring timely submission, strategic positioning, and full compliance with corporate processes and risk management standards. Monitor project performance across the region, ensuring budgets, schedules, safety, staffing, and technical delivery meet company and regulatory requirements. Lead talent strategy—hiring, retaining, developing, and ensuring compliance for all regional staff while fostering a positive, high-performance culture. Represent the organisation as required in client meetings, proposal presentations, industry events and other opportunities that arise. Collaborate with APAC & Global senior leadership to coordinate ways of working, standards, communities of practice, sharing of resources, and support regional and global objectives. Be a leader for the OneIPS values Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline. 15+ years of diversified engineering and construction experience, including at least 10 years in management roles overseeing planning, design, construction, and qualification of engineering projects. Minimum 5 years in a Senior Management or equivalent leadership position. Demonstrated capability, including planning, organising, supervising, and coordinating technical teams while fostering collaboration across functions. Experience working in Singapore and the broader Southeast Asia region is highly advantageous. Background with a top-tier Consultancy/EPCM organisation within the Life Sciences or Advanced Technology sectors Proven experience delivering high value CAPEX Life Science projects (USD $50M+). Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, exceptional communication abilities, team-building strengths, and a strong work ethic. Ability to build rapport with internal teams and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Demonstrated success in winning, developing, and sustaining key client accounts. All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually, with video required.
