ON BEHALF OF OUR CLIENT, TALENTWORLD IS SEEKING AN ACCOMPLISHED REGIONAL DIRECTOR TO LEAD THEIR OPERATIONS IN THE GREATER TORONTO AREA (GTA).
Reporting to the Regional Vice President, this high-profile leadership role will oversee multi-site operations, Regional and Branch Managers, Account Management, recruitment, scheduling, and all facets of service delivery across a vast 24/7 infrastructure. The Regional Director will be responsible for driving operational excellence, overseeing a large P&L, fostering business growth, and ensuring seamless collaboration with national business units and cross-functional teams.
This is a mission-critical role with national visibility—ideal for a strategic, results-oriented leader passionate about shaping the future of service delivery in the security and risk management sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the growth and execution of consulting and investigative programs across Central Canada, ensuring excellence in service, compliance, and client engagement.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire Regional Managers, Branch Managers, Account Managers, Operations Managers, and field support teams to deliver peak performance and continuous improvement.
- Drive business development initiatives, strengthen national client partnerships, and implement strategies to achieve long-term revenue growth.
- Develop and implement region-wide policies, processes, and performance systems to meet operational goals and maintain the highest quality and safety standards.
- Oversee regional workforce planning, recruitment, and scheduling to optimize efficiency, talent development, and service continuity across multiple locations.
- Leverage data-driven insights, KPI dashboards, and forecasting tools to guide decision-making and ensure scalable growth.
- Foster strong, respectful partnerships with Indigenous communities while advancing corporate commitments and shared initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 7+ years of senior leadership experience in the security or risk management sector is preferred, or 4+ years with relevant professional designations (CPP, PSP, PCI, CPA, MBA).
- Proven success leading large-scale, multi-site operations in high-pressure, service-intensive environments.
- Strong business acumen with expertise in P&L management, financial forecasting, and operational optimization.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, influence, and mobilize cross-functional teams.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the organization internally and externally at the highest levels.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the GTA and Central Canada; a full on-site regional presence is required.
