Responsibilities
  • Regional management: You will oversee the overall management of the business operations of our eye centres, including satellite centres, and the establishment of strategic partnerships, ensuring compliance with our policies, procedures and quality standards.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and generate reports for our management: You will monitor and analyse operational performance indicators, patient satisfaction and financial indicators to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and achieve business objectives. You will prepare regular and comprehensive reports for the Head of Operations and Head of Country. In doing so, you will provide our management with insights into the performance of the centres, successes and challenges and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.
  • Leading our local team: Your local team consists of Commercial Directors, whom you lead and develop. You will create a dynamic and inspiring working environment in which talents are nurtured and driven to success.
  • Maintain close contact with doctors: Through regular contact with the senior physicians, you will learn more about the current performance, potential problems and aspects related to doctor succession (e.g. equity participation). You will be responsible for building and maintaining close relationships with local doctors, as well as facilitating their professional development and highlighting opportunities for their professional success (in our group).
  • Develop regional strategies and growth plans: You will develop the formulation of regional strategic plans in accordance with the company’s overall objectives. The implementation of the strategic goals in initiatives and necessary adjustments for the individual hospitals as well as the consistent evaluation of progress round off this. You will also identify growth opportunities in the region, including the establishment of local practice acquisitions.
  • Financial responsibility: You will ensure the monitoring of the financial performance of the clinics, including revenue, expenses and profitability. Working with the finance and accounting teams to develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts and cost control measures is a central part of your job.
  • Create and implement marketing strategies: The development and implementation of effective marketing and advertising strategies to increase patient traffic and expand market share is carried out in close coordination with the company and the Group’s marketing team.
