Job Summary:
Regional Directors (RD’s) – are professional resources that Voya has strategically placed nationwide to sell and work with group reps in achieving individual, office, and corporate sales goals. These individuals are all seasoned Voluntary Benefit (VB) veterans who bring a history of success developing traditional “group” brokers into VB producers, managing key external partners including but not limited to National and Regional brokerage firms, consultants, technology partners, and enrollment companies, and have in depth experience overcoming both broker and prospective client objections. RD’s also serve as the liaison with Voya internal departments such as underwriting, product development, implementation, and overall client administration. These resources are available to assist with many different aspects which include educating producers on our portfolio and capabilities, end-user and finalist presentations, selecting plan designs that meet employer and employee needs, positioning, developing and strategizing implementation and enrollment options, etc…
Principal Responsibilities:
RD’s will partner with Executive Regional Managers (ERM’s) and Regional Sales Reps who are responsible for managing their local markets. Local field office teams are responsible for identifying producers who have a history of VB sales/experience as well as those producers who manage key accounts that we would identify as ideal candidates for our VB products. Understanding the process and how to utilize your resources is the key to your success. Key initiatives for rep level success includes but is not limited to the following:

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
