ABOUT THE TEAM
We are looking for talented, self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our collaborative and award winning team that places emphasis on professional and personal development while simultaneously meeting our demanding business objectives.
With experience in developing sales strategies of self-generated pipeline and introductions.
As the Regional Director you will provide leadership to a driven and passionate team and empower them to reach their sales targets as well as implementing and executing sales strategies to achieve team goals and revenue objectives.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will provide leadership including planning, coaching, recruiting, performance development and mentoring and working with the team to implement goals, document progress as well as developing or expanding new accounts.
This is an opportunity to use innovative methods to direct your team on the effective use of resources and tools and assist them in establishing financial goals, objectives and measurements to meet growth targets.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
