We're looking for an experienced Regional Director to join our Sales and Go-to-Market team who will lead one of our Enterprise account teams. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, you'll be responsible for: Recruiting, hire and develop world-class sales talent, build development plans for each sales rep, and coach and motivate sales team to overachieve on targets Understanding and solve customer pain points through Zscaler's unique value proposition Being the GM of your business and create a plan for success, and accurately forecast business monthly/quarterly/yearly Acting as executive sponsor for key partners to create joint plans, generate pipeline and drive opportunities to closure Fostering a culture which embraces DE&I What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) 5+ years of full-cycle sales management experience within software or security industry Experience managing a team of individuals focusing on global and strategic accounts.
