Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PROGRAM SUPERVISION: Provides guidance, support, and oversight to Program Directors. Ensures consistent implementation of Rite of Passage policies across all programs. Reviews and approves major program modifications proposed by Program Directors. COMMUNICATION: Facilitates communication between the Program Directors and the Regional Executive Director. Represents the district in meetings with stakeholders, including the Rite of Passage Executive Cabinet. Coordinates and chairs regular meetings with Program Directors. QUALITY AND COMPLIANCE: Regularly reviews performance metrics across all programs to ensure consistent quality and effectiveness. Assists Program Directors in identifying areas of improvement and implementing action plans. Ensures that all programs within the district maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. BUDGET AND FINANCE: Reviews and approves budget proposals from Program Directors. Coordinates with the Regional Executive Director and finance team to ensure financial stewardship across all programs. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1. BA/BS in a related field; Master's degree preferred. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or district-level management within residential or educational services. 3. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams and projects
