THE SUMMARY:
As the Regional E-Commerce Growth Manager for APAC, you will be the driving force behind business growth across all D2C digital channels in the APAC region. Collaborating closely with local Business Development Managers and E-Commerce Managers, you will develop and implement growth strategies, continuously evaluate business performance, and rally support from country product and marketing teams to drive growth. As a domain expert in e-commerce growth, system development, and automation, you will design effective performance marketing plans and oversee the implementation of marketing technologies. You will lead and mentor country e-commerce teams, sharing best practices and know-how to ensure success.
