Responsibilities

You’ll be providing Early Years Educator support to 4 nursery settings in Kent (detailed above).
You’ll likely start most of your days with a fully formulated plan, but, lets be honest, in early years, that will soon get completely derailed and you’ll be pivoting your priorities, which is a regular occurrence in child care!
Creativity is key. Teaching young children allows for hands on arts and crafts, storytelling, exercise, and educational games. It’s important to keep things fresh and try new activities to keep attention spans engaged. Of course we work within the EYFS standards, but that doesn’t stop you from engaging your creative flair and enthusiasm for learning.
