Description

Collaborate with all levels of the region to understand EHS risks, recommend corrective measures, and create strategic plans for continual improvement pertaining to our suppliers. Manage incident investigations, ensure thorough root cause analysis, and provide coaching for continual improvement Assist in coordinating meetings within the region for field leadership, and suppliers as needed. Ensure documentation of attendance per requirements Guide customers to be passionate about EHS, drive simplification of tools and systems for efficiency, interface with regulatory officials, utilize recognition programs, and benchmark with other companies for continual improvement Support and implement automation and AI opportunities to drive increased efficiency and execution in the field of supplier health and safety. Ability to work independently, engage and influence multiple levels, our supplier community, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to travel up to 30% of the time The chance to use your skills and imagination to push the boundaries of what´s possible.
