In this role, you’ll be responsible to: Plan, coordinate, and direct all regional programs. Lead the regional management team. Ensure acceptable and sound practices are used in all relationships and transactions. Assist with the annual budget. Control regional expenditures. Ensure current and properly recorded financial records are sent to be processed on time and with appropriate approval. Approve all plans of corrective actions for regulatory bodies and ensure follow- through of action steps per the PCA. Ensure maintenance of all regional properties and vehicles on-going. Assist in writing policies and ensure periodic review. Attend and report on agency operations as needed at all Board of Director meetings. Designate appropriate organizational structure to best utilize agency staff. Prepare an annual report to be available to the Board of Directors and the public. Complete annual evaluations of all programs. Identify goals and objectives for the next fiscal year to be incorporated into the 5-year plan. Supervise regional management and any additional personnel as needed and ensure relevant documentation of promotions, meetings, disciplines, etc. Select competent and appropriate personnel to fill open positions. Coordinate community relationships, including fundraising and education. Involve Imagine, Inc. in local/state/federal programs as appropriate and disseminate information to the Board of Directors and staff.
