We are a nationally connected, globally supported team delivering meaningful outcomes for our clients and communities.   The opportunity We are seeking a Regional Executive to lead our Planning & Mobility business across New South Wales. Reporting to the Director, Planning & Mobility, you will play a critical leadership role within both the NSW Regional Leadership Team and the national Section Leadership Team. This is a senior, client-facing role where you will represent WSP in the market, lead a high-performing regional team and drive growth, performance and capability across the business.   In this role you will: * Lead business performance and growth across the NSW region, contributing to national revenue, margin and funding targets. * Drive work winning, project delivery and resource planning across a diverse portfolio of projects and opportunities. * Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, across both direct and indirect reporting lines. * Build and maintain strong client relationships, positioning WSP as a trusted advisor. * Foster a high-performing culture focused on safety, collaboration, technical excellence and engagement. * Ensure governance, risk and quality frameworks are effectively embedded across project delivery. * Collaborate across regions, sections and business groups to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions. * Support innovation, capability uplift and the adoption of new tools and ways of working.   About you You are a respected leader within the transport and mobility sector, with strong commercial and consulting experience. You bring a proven track record in leading teams, delivering complex projects and building trusted client relationships. You are collaborative, decisive and commercially astute, with the ability to balance strategic leadership and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.   You will bring: * Extensive experience in a consulting or advisory environment, ideally within transport, infrastructure or mobility. * Strong leadership experience managing teams and driving performance outcomes. * A proven ability to win work, manage delivery and achieve commercial targets. * Deep experience in client engagement and stakeholder management. * A commitment to safety, governance and quality outcomes. * A passion for developing people, mentoring future leaders and building inclusive teams. * Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, planning, business or similar (postgraduate or chartered status advantageous).   Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.
