REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of commercial lines underwriting principals, manuals and rating plans
• Ability to evaluate new & renewal business to determine acceptability, pricing, and adherence to company underwriting guidelines
• Familiar with property, general liability, auto and umbrella coverage
• College degree (or equivalent experience) with a minimum of 5 years of underwriting or agency experience preferred
• Commitment to continuing education; i.e. CPCU, AU, ARM, CRM, or CIC
