Job title: Regional Facilities Manager
Location: Washington, Tyne & Wear , Leeds, Sheffield or Gateshead – We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: £50,000+

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

Essential:

  • Experience of general Facilities Management, including Hard & Soft disciplines
  • Ability to build and grow relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong supply chain management skills
  • Safety qualified such as IOSH (or equivalent)

Desirable:

  • Energy & Utilities awareness
  • Robust knowledge of QSHE requirements
  • NEBOSH Qualified (Diploma)
Responsibilities
  • Strategic liaison between stakeholders & supply chain, ensuring FM service delivery aligns and supports business strategies
  • Working alongside the FM Business Support team proactively delivering management information, tailoring innovation to support business strategies and preparing and delivering review packs
  • Drive operational excellence of the supply chain throughout the wider FM delivery
  • Geographically aligned with supply chain partners’ Regional Operations Managers, travelling between applicable sites to ensure FM presence is visible to stakeholders
  • Actively contribute to and drive Energy performance, working towards stretch targets and seeking innovative solutions for our customers
  • Ensuring customer feedback is sought and acted upon through the feedback process
  • Working alongside the Risk & Compliance Manager and the wider SHE network, contribute to assurance processes to ensure a safe and compliant estate
  • Responsible for managing the cost profile for their property portfolio, including financial forecasting, budget setting and engaging with the wider finance team
  • Ownership of forward plans with a view to providing a joined up approach to a strategic property/estate plan that is agreed by all applicable stakeholders i.e. RE&I, stakeholders, Security
