Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

BGIS is seeking an experienced Regional Facilities Manager to oversee the delivery of integrated facilities management services across a large portfolio of essential government infrastructure throughout North Western NSW . Reporting directly to the Contract Manager, you will work collaboratively with both client and BGIS teams to ensure all contractual, safety, and operational standards are met and exceeded.
The ideal candidate will be an organised, proactive professional with excellent stakeholder communication skills, a flexible approach to regional travel, and a commitment to high-quality service delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and deliver integrated facilities services in North Western NSW.
  • Conduct annual inspections, identify issues, and ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and site contacts.
  • Monitor compliance with contract obligations and health & safety regulations.
  • Support operational improvements and participate in ongoing performance reporting.
