Job Title: Regional Facilities Manager Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – Hybrid working, 3 days in the office Contract: Permanent About the role: We’re hiring a Regional Facilities Manager to manage our APAC locations. This is a multi-country position responsible for creating and promoting a safe, healthy, sustainable and cost-effective sustainable office environment across the APAC region. In this role you will be responsible for APAC property related matters, working in conjunction with Group Head of Real Estate and Facilities, BSI’s external property partners and Internal Stakeholders. As well as ensuring compliance to the relevant Group and the government requirement and facilitating best practices across the APAC region. Key Responsibilities: Active engagement and support for APAC property lease events i.e. lease renewals, relocations, disposals, office fit outs and facilities. Frequent engagement with regional APAC stakeholders / Leadership reporting on utilisation, lease events and Sustainability opportunities. Overseeing general Facilities Management within APAC incorporating operational efficiency. Understanding facilities budgets including capex management: Ensuring monthly facilities budget reports are reviewed at a high level. Supporting Internal and external Audits. Working closely with the Group sustainability team ensuring that property & Facilities decisions reflect the net zero transition and ESG Framework. Providing utilisation data for APAC offices and implementing coherent processes for accurately reporting. Develop or assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures. About You: Previous experience with Facilities Management across multiple countries. Proven experience in people management. Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese Ability to partner with external partners. Familiarity with real estate is a benefit. Proactive with a problem solving mindset.
