Job Description We have an exciting new opportunity to join our team as a Regional Facilities Manager. This role will be based in Warrington. This role is ideal for someone with a strong FM background in a fast-paced environment (logistics, construction, manufacturing or similar) who is comfortable managing multiple sites, projects, and priorities — and is happy to travel regularly. What you’ll be doing: Managing FM across a multi-site estate Leading capex projects from planning through to delivery Ensuring full compliance with H&S and statutory maintenance Driving cost efficiencies and contractor performance Working closely with site leaders to improve facilities and operations Owning supplier relationships, tenders, and service delivery Qualifications Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role HNC or equivalent in electrical /mechanical/ building services would be an advantage To be professional and able to operate as a team player or individually as necessary Confident in communicating and dealing with people at all levels both internally with colleagues and externally with contractors Able to work effectively and without direct supervision Conscientious and reliable Proven track record of working within a commercial environment Good knowledge and experience of Health & Safety management OSH/NEBOSH member of BIFM desirable Time management and project management skills Clear and concise writing skills and the ability to handle long and complex documents Able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines Be proactive and able to make decisions Ideally, proven experience in service charge budgets. As a minimum, experience in setting and managing budgets Confident, highly motivated, positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels Computer literate including MS Excel and Word Additional Information As part of our drive to make Culina Group a great place to work.
